Senda Tech Solutions certified as an innovative startup by Spanish Enisa

Spanish Enisa, the country's national innovation agency, has certified Senda Tech Solutions S.L., the company behind CRA Evidence, as an innovative startup under Spain's Startup Law (Ley 28/2022).

Which Enisa?

There are two organisations called Enisa, and they are not the same.

  • Spanish Enisa, Empresa Nacional de Innovación. A public company attached to Spain's Ministry of Industry and Tourism. It runs the national innovative-startup certification scheme under the Startup Law. This is the body that recognised Senda Tech Solutions.
  • EU ENISA, European Union Agency for Cybersecurity. A separate EU body based in Athens. It does not award startup status.

The certification announced here is from Spanish Enisa, not the EU agency.

What the certification means

Spain's Startup Law lets innovative early-stage companies access a defined set of legal and tax benefits, including reduced corporate tax, simpler stock-option rules for employees, and a startup visa programme for non-EU talent. To qualify, a company has to pass a public-interest review of its technology and business model run by Spanish Enisa.

The certification is a recognition of the innovative character of the company. It is not an endorsement of any specific product, and it is not a cybersecurity certification.

How to verify

Spanish Enisa publishes the list of certified startups in a public register. Senda Tech Solutions S.L. appears in that register:

Why it matters for CRA Evidence

CRA Evidence is built by Senda Tech Solutions S.L. The certification is a third-party signal that the company behind the product has been reviewed and recognised under a public scheme. It does not change anything about how the product works or what it does for customers preparing for the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
